Bike Fit: a necessity!
Whether you’re chasing podiums or personal milestones, bike fit isn’t a luxury, it’s a necessity!
As coaches, we've seen so many athletes struggle with discomfort, nagging injuries, or even plateaus in power all because their position on the bike just didn’t match their body’s needs. Your bike should work for you, not against you.
Signs your bike fit may be working against you:
❌ Neck, shoulder or back pain
❌ Tingling in back, glutes or feet
❌ Saddle sores
❌ Numb feet or hands
❌ Knee pain
❌ Uncomfortable, unstable when aero
❌ (maybe) Cramps
The longer the race, the more these little things become big things. Isn't it time to address your aches and pains?
A good bike fit:
✔️ Reduces the risk of injury
✔️ Increases power and endurance
✔️ Improves aerodynamics and efficiency
✔️ Enhances comfort (crucial for long-course training and racing!)
No matter your experience level, don’t leave your fit to guesswork. Work with a certified fitter who understands biomechanics, your goals, and your riding style.
Invest in the fit process, and remember: the right fit means efficiency and comfort for every ride (and a lot less pain!).
