Here’s what every athlete should be thinking about:

How are you doing compared to where you started? Look at your data, feedback from coach, and your own gut feeling. Are you improving? Or plateauing? Be honest. Real growth starts with real awareness.

➡️ Health Check

Fatigue? Soreness? Little aches that you’re ignoring? Now’s the time to listen to your body. Are you recovering properly? Sleeping enough? Eating right? A quick check-in now could prevent bigger issues later. Prioritize recovery as much as training.

➡️ Mindset Reset

Are you still enjoying the process? Or is it starting to feel like a grind? Your mindset is just as important as your muscle. Take time to re-engage and consider what you need to stay motivated and refreshed.

➡️ Goal Realignment

Check your goals. Nailing them? Raise the bar. Struggling? Adjust the plan, not the dream. Mid-season is the perfect time to refine your focus so you finish strong
