…(and sweating 🥵) from an unforgettable day at Rockford 70.3 a few weeks ago!

From the jump off the dock to the final left turn to the finish line, our team of 60 MSM + JHC athletes gave it everything on a day that truly tested them from start to finish.

The conditions? Hot, humid, and challenging. Yet every single one of our team showed up with grit, determination, and heart - the necessary ingredients of endurance.

We had front-row seats to watch their day unfold - whether sharing the course with them or cheering from the side, it's the best part of our job to watch them put it all together out there.

We’re so proud of every athlete who toed the line and embraced the challenges of the day. You reminded us why we coach, why we train, and why this sport has such powerful spirit and community.

Here’s to more race days, more breakthroughs, more challenges. You'll be ready. The best is yet to come and we're grateful you let us be a part of it.
